Negroni

A classic Italian cocktail designed as an aperitif , made to stimulate appetite before a meal. The beautiful ruby red Negroni has a strong and bitter taste.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Jake’s Gin

25ml Campari

25ml Sweet vermouth

INSTRUCTIONS

Add lots of ice into a tumbler, Jake’s Gin, then sweet vermouth and then campari.

Garnish with an orange wedge.

Jake’s top tip: Dilution helps bring out more of the complex flavours so make sure that the drink is stirred with the ice really well.
