Gin espresso martini

This is not strictly a true gin cocktail but it is a cocktail that we adore so we decided to make a gin variant! Make sure to shake it hard enough to get the thick creamy top layer.

INGREDIENTS

40ml Jake’s Gin

40ml Espresso

30ml Kahlua

Add ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine Jake’s Gin, freshly brewed espresso and Kahlua in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Shake well & strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with coffee beans
